The BUYER agrees and accepts to pay these fees in advance.DHL cargo delivery time for international shipments of contracted products is 1-2 weeks after payment.The SELLER is not responsible for any damages that may occur in the product during Cargo and Delivery.The BUYER has the right not to accept the cargo when the product delivered to her is damaged.In case of damage to the product or loss of use due to cargo transportation,Before the BUYER approves the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, it must be attached to the product / products to be returned by attaching the damage assessment report (minutes) from the cargo company authority and return it to the cargo authority.
Otherwise, the BUYER shall be liable for damages or loss of use caused by cargo damages and the product cannot be returned.If it is determined by the SELLER that the error occurred in the product before shipping and delivery, the process of replacing the product and sending it back to the cargo takes a maximum of 7 working days after the damaged product reaches the SELLER's warehouse.In the event of a situation arising from the failure to supply the product, the SELLER shall return the payment made to the BUYER under the conditions specified in this contract.
